Orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Returns

For food safety reasons, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for Starter Boost beverages, unless the product is damaged or non-conforming.

Procedure in Case of a Damaged Product

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the damaged product. A replacement or refund may be issued depending on the situation.
